Dana has over 20 years of experience in the early childhood education field and is a graduate of Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education.

With 10 years of experience in the classroom and 10 years of experience in management Dana knows how to lead teachers and manage the day to day operation of our school.  For 8 of the last 9 years, Dana was the Director of Turner Second Generation, a center specifically dedicated to the early educational needs of the employees at Turner Broadcasting.  Her most recent experience was as the Director of a startup, FIO360, in Atlantic Station.

Dana joined our team in January of 2009 and is dedicated to the growth of our programs and the continued success of the school. She is responsible for leading all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the school and supporting her team.  She believes that recruiting and supporting a strong team of dedicated teachers is the cornerstone of the school’s success.  Her support allows the teacher to provide exceptional experiences and environments for children and families.  Dana’s strong commitment to customer service,  passion for the value of low ratios and her desire to expand each child’s experiences beyond their four walls, will continue to take The Chastain School to levels outside the reach of other programs in the area.
